I will send a contract with payment and invoice that can all be easily and securely done online. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. (Don’t worry; we can always reschedule if something happens.) Once I receive a deposit, you are booked!

Upon booking, I’ll send you my outfit guide with helpful pointers as you plan your family’s look. I’m always available to answer any questions you may have, so don’t hesitate to send pictures of clothing items or aesthetics you’re considering.

I want these photos to represent and express your personalities, so feel free to bring props like blankets, baskets, toys, journals, and even family pets! And if you have littles, I always like to bring non-messy treats to help with a few smiles along the way, such as gummy bears. I make sure to ask parents first if this is ok!

We’ll meet at our agreed location, so please arrive on time. This helps me capture as many moments as possible within our scheduled time. If we need to reschedule due to weather, I'll let you know by that morning, and we’ll find a new date together. If you have to reschedule for any other reason, you have three months to rebook.

My photography style focuses on capturing the true essence of your family, highlighting those candid moments that mean the most. With a mix of natural posing and an eye for those in-between instances, I aim to freeze time—immortalizing hugs, shared glances, gentle touches, and even those genuine laugh-out-loud moments. No matter which session you choose, my goal is to create timeless portraits that reflect your family’s unique story with authenticity and warmth.

You can expect to receive your online gallery with edited images within 4-6 weeks after your photoshoot. The timeline may be closer to 4 weeks during slower seasons and up to 6 weeks during busy seasons.

I always strive to deliver your photos as quickly as possible, but my schedule can fill up fast, so please book in advance, especially for holiday or graduation cards. In your online gallery, you'll have the ability to view, download, and order prints, wall art, and cards directly. I believe that my service isn't complete until you have beautiful prints displayed in your home that you can enjoy every day. To help you with this, I would love to arrange an in-person meeting or zoom where we can discuss creating a memory album or ordering prints together!
